and an additional 15 m2 balcony with a rear view to a planted open space. The apartment is comprised of a spacious living room
with flat screen TV, dining table and a sofa with a fold-down bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen with a fridge,
a table cooker, a coffeemaker and a sandwich maker. Parking is available within the building.

Convenience stores like bakery, restaurant, burger house, supermarket and cafes are within short walking distance,
